Cecilia Salvadori, President
As a Health Practitioner and Nutritional Consultant, Ceil has worked in the natural health field since 1979. She is certified in C.R.A. (Contact Reflex Analysis) and has studied at Clayton School of Natural Healing. She and her late husband, James Salvadori, Jr., educated themselves about direct marketing by participating and attaining recognition as top producers in other direct marketing companies before starting New Sun Inc. in 1987. Ceil worked directly with Mr. Salvadori in formulating many of New Sun’s top selling products and continues to work closely with the sales staff and the educational training for members, as well as acting as the company’s financial manager.
Before entering into the field of natural health, Ceil had been the human resource and financial manager of the couple's four musical instrument stores located in south Florida. She was a regional sales manager for an international cosmetic company and spent four years in advertising and display for a department store chain in the eastern states.

Brian Dalton, Vice President – Operations, Research and Development
Brian started out working in the perishable food industry for the first 15 years of his professional career. He attended Cornell University where he studied food safety, handling and sanitation. He also studied marine biology and mathematics at Palm Beach Junior College and Florida Atlantic University. In 1995, Brian decided to make the transition from Produce Manager to New Sun, Inc. In 1997 Brian became the Manufacturing Manager of New Sun where he uses his knowledge and experience from the food industry and bases his management style on the advanced Dale Carnegie management courses. Brian now spends much of his time in research concerning existing and new products and ensuring the efficiency of work processes. Brian is currently the Vice President and head of manufacturing and research and development.

Moses McCord, Vice President – Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs
Moses has been working in quality since 1998 with various highly regulated industries. His work experiences include overseeing a clinical drug trial, establishing and auditing quality systems, and running the quality department in various facilities in the blood/plasma, food, and dietary supplement industries. He is a Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Quality Engineer [American Society of Quality] and has obtained the following educational diplomas: 2 Bachelors of Science [Ball State University], Masters of Project Management [Western Carolina University], Massage Therapist and Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapist [Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics]
